Summit Primary Care provides comprehensive health care and pain management services in Colorado with locations in Denver, Colorado Springs, La Junta, and Pueblo. Our primary care services include treatment and management of a wide variety of conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, asthma, high cholesterol, and COPD.

Our primary care preventative medicine services include wellness exams for patients 7 and older and immunizations for patients 18 and older. We are able to provide resources to parents of children aged 7-18 on where to obtain the appropriate vaccinations for your child.

Summit Primary Care’s providers also understand the importance of optimal mental health and are experienced in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health conditions.
