Mayrig means “little mother” in Armenian. It is the first Armenian bistrot in Geneva—and perhaps in the world. Mayrig restaurants pays tribute to all Armenian mothers who safeguard our rich culinary heritage. The bistrot offers the warmth and welcoming spirit of a grandmother’s home, along with a unique selection of Armenian wines. Our recipes are prepared with love, offering a generous variety of traditional Armenian mezzes marked by Silk Road spices and fresh ingredients. Mediterranean contrasts of flavors, temperatures, textures, and colors make Mayrig Bistrot both homely and traditional.
