Conditions treated include but are not limited to anxiety, OCD, PD, depression/ mood disorders, ADHD, Identity issues, stress management, LGBTQIA, life transitions, parenting, family changes, self-esteem, & relationship issues. Insight-oriented therapy & CBT are provided, emphasizing healthy coping skills, problem-solving, self-awareness & empowerment. Dr. Golden uses strategies promoting optimism, resilience & self-determination. She builds trusting & supportive relationships with her clients, helping them identify & overcome obstacles while embracing their strengths. Therapy is provided in a calming, private, & comfortable setting
