Meridian HealthCare is a non-profit 501(c)(3), Joint Commission accredited, integrated behavioral and primary healthcare organization with close to 50 years of high-quality service delivery in the Mahoning Valley. We offer a comprehensive approach to addiction that includes prevention, treatment, recovery support, housing, primary care, mental health, criminal justice services and much more.
Hours:
Medical: 7:00am - 3:00pm Mon-Thur and 7:00am - 2:00pm on Fri
Counseling 5:30am - 3:00pm Mon-Fri Warren Methadone Dosing: Monday—Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; weekends and holidays, 5:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Closed on Sundays.
Warren Buprenorphine Dosing: Monday—Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; weekends and holidays, closed. Closed on Sundays.
